Q: How do I book a room?

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Written notice of any cancellation must reach, and be duly acknowledged in writing by the guesthouse, no later than 72 hours prior to arrival.
If a reservation is cancelled more than 72 hours prior to arrival, an administration fee of RM 20 per room will be levied.
In case of a “no show” or cancellation of a room reservation less than 72 hours prior to arrival date, the guesthouse will impose a one (1) night room charge for all rooms reserved.
Booking fees paid to Hostelworld, hostelbookers and other third parties are non-refundable by our guesthouse.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes, we accept Visa/Master/Amex cards.
Q: What are your check-in/check-out times?
A: Check-in time is from 2pm onwards. Check-out time is no later than 12pm noon. Should you wish to check in early or late, please advise us (firstname.lastname@example.org) early enough. We will try to accommodate your request where possible.
Q: How do I get to Orange Pekoe Guesthouse?
A: Reaching our place is really easy. Just go to Location on this website and print out the map with further directions.
Q: Can I store my luggage at Orange Pekoe during my onward journey and pick it up later?
A: At Orange Pekoe we have limited storage capacity for luggage. Subject to space availability you can store your luggage with us for a minimum daily fee.
Q: Do you offer special rates for long-term stay?
A: If you plan to stay with us long-term, please contact us so that we can advise you on our special rates.
Q: Do you allow children?
A: Orange Pekoe welcomes families with children. Please mind that children must be accompanied by an adult (18 years +).
Q: Do you allow extra guests in rooms?
A: Sorry, but we cannot allow extra guests in rooms (e.g. triple occupancy of a double room) due to existing fire regulations and in consideration of other guests.
Q: Can I bring visitors to my room?
A: You are welcome to receive friends/visitors in your room until no later than 10pm. Please mind that all visitors must register at the reception by producing a valid IC.
